Check your vehicle's owner’s manual to learn if your tires are recommended to be replaced in sets, pairs or individually. Inspect your tires often for signs of uneven wear.
The most reliable way to repair a tire is the combined patch-plug method. A tire can be patched twice if the holes are at least 16 inches away from each other, the puncture itself is repairable and if it falls in a repairable area of the tread. If the tire is damaged in multiple places too close or needs to be repaired a third time, it’s time to replace the tire.
How do I choose the right tires for my vehicle?
Choosing the right tires for your vehicle starts with the type of vehicle you drive. Next, you’ll want to narrow it down to the type of tire: all-season, winter, performance, summer, all-terrain, touring, mud-terrain, spare tires.
